Recommended Use

Mix 1 scoop (33 g) into 200–250ml of cold water.
Shake well for 30 seconds, settle for 60 seconds, then shake again before drinking.
Adjust your protein intake from 1–2 servings depending on your physical goal and protein requirements.
1 Scoop (33 g) provides 21 g of protein, 2 scoops (42 g) provides an optimal 48 g of protein.
